1. General Terms & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between l89 92 (the "Platform") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you") who accesses, registers on, or makes use of any service offered through the l89 92 website located at https://l89-92.net/ and any associated mobile applications or platforms. This Agreement applies in full to all users regardless of how they access the Platform.

By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or simply browsing the Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in full;
• You meet all eligibility criteria set out in Section 2 of this Agreement;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• All information you provide to the Platform is accurate, current, and complete;
• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction when using the Platform.

l89 92 reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. Where changes are material, the Platform will use reasonable efforts to notify registered users via email or an on-site notice. In all cases, the current version of this Agreement as published on the Platform supersedes all prior versions. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes unconditional acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English. In the event of any discrepancy arising from a translation or interpretation, the English version shall prevail and be treated as authoritative.

1.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through the Platform's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution mechanism as notified to users by the Platform from time to time.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court or competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect as if the severed provision had never been included.

2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on l89 92, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age;
• You are a natural person (corporate entities may not register player accounts);
• You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order issued by l89 92 or any affiliated gambling platform;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of an employee of l89 92 or any of its affiliated entities;
• You have not previously had an account terminated by l89 92 for breach of these Terms & Conditions.

2.1 Age Verification

l89 92 is committed to preventing underage gambling. The Platform reserves the right to suspend any account pending age verification and to require submission of government-issued identification documents at any stage. Accounts where the player cannot demonstrate they are 18 or older will be permanently closed. Any winnings accumulated on an account that is subsequently confirmed to belong to an underage user will be forfeited in full.

2.2 Responsible Gaming Declaration

By registering, you confirm that you are gambling voluntarily, with funds you can afford to lose, and solely for entertainment purposes. You acknowledge that gambling is not a reliable method of generating income and that the Platform carries inherent financial risk. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are strongly encouraged to review the Responsible Gaming page and to use the self-exclusion and deposit-limit tools available in their account settings.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of services offered by l89 92, players must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. Registration requires the provision of accurate personal details including full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address or mobile number.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold one active account on l89 92 at any given time. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, l89 92 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or game rounds, and forfeit any balances without prior notice.

3.2 KYC Verification

Before processing a player's first withdrawal request, l89 92 is required to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Players will be asked to submit:

• A government-issued photo ID (National Identity Card, Passport, or Driving Licence);
• Proof of residential address (utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days);
• Proof of payment method ownership where applicable (e.g., screenshot of bKash account matching the registered name).

Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of the initial withdrawal request may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is successfully completed.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances. l89 92 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP, which is available free of charge in your account security settings.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the l89 92 support team immediately by emailing [email protected]. The Platform will take appropriate steps to secure your account upon receipt of a verified report, but accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access caused by the player's own failure to protect their credentials.

3.4 Accuracy of Information

All information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform must be accurate and kept up to date. If your personal details change, you are required to update your account profile promptly. l89 92 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that false or misleading information has been provided.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on l89 92 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The Platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion services are provided. Players must use one of the approved payment methods listed below to fund their account.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

4.2 Deposit Limits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. The general minimum deposit is ৳200 for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) and ৳1,000 for bank transfers. Maximum deposit limits are set at the account level based on verification status. Fully verified accounts may request an increase to their deposit limits by contacting support.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within the following timeframes, subject to KYC verification being complete and no active bonus wagering requirements remaining outstanding:

• bKash / Nagad / Rocket: Within 2–4 hours of approval
• Bank Transfer: Within 1–2 business days

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, as part of the Platform's anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Restrictions

l89 92 reserves the right to delay or refuse a withdrawal request where: (a) KYC verification is incomplete; (b) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity; (c) active bonus wagering requirements remain unsatisfied; or (d) the withdrawal request is inconsistent with the player's deposit history in a manner that raises AML concerns. In such cases, the Platform will notify the player and may request additional documentation.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

l89 92 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal event promotions. All bonuses are subject to the terms set out in this section as well as any additional terms specific to each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all bonus funds credited to a player's account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted into withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion terms displayed at the time the bonus is offered. Players are advised to read all bonus terms before opting in to any promotion.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may not be claimed by users who have previously self-excluded, or by users whose accounts are under review. l89 92 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time prior to it being credited, or to cancel a bonus already credited if there is evidence of abuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, using low-risk betting strategies to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to take advantage of promotional terms — will be treated as a material breach of this Agreement. l89 92 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from bonus funds, and permanently close the accounts of players found to have engaged in bonus abuse.

5.4 Expiry of Bonuses

Bonus funds that are not utilised within the validity period stated in the applicable promotion terms will automatically expire and be removed from the player's account balance. Expired bonus funds cannot be reinstated under any circumstances.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

By using the gaming and betting services provided through l89 92, you accept the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market as displayed within the Platform. The following general rules apply across all gaming and betting products.

6.1 Game Integrity

All casino games offered on l89 92 — including slots, live dealer tables, and instant games — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by reputable third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Evolution Gaming, and Spribe. 6.2 Betting Acceptance

All bets are accepted at the Platform's absolute discretion. l89 92 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at any time, including after initial acceptance, where: (a) a technical error has resulted in incorrect odds being displayed; (b) there is evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity relating to the event in question; (c) the bet would breach applicable regulatory limits; or (d) the Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent intent.

6.3 Disconnection Policy

In the event of a disconnection during a game round or live bet, the Platform's server-side records shall be the authoritative record of the game state at the time of disconnection. Incomplete game rounds will be resolved according to the applicable game's documented disconnection rules. l89 92 is not liable for losses arising from network disruptions outside the Platform's control.

6.4 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the game interface or betting slip at the time of play. l89 92 reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts based on playing patterns, account verification status, or risk management considerations.

7. Prohibited Conduct & Fraud

The following behaviours are strictly prohibited on l89 92 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. l89 92 employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and cooperates with payment processors and law enforcement agencies where necessary.

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or financing of illegal activities;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using software, scripts, bots, or automated tools to interact with the Platform in an unauthorised manner;
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform's software — any such discovery must be reported to [email protected] immediately;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers while retaining any corresponding withdrawals or winnings;
• Attempting to access another user's account or interfering with the Platform's systems, servers, or networks;
• Using the Platform on behalf of a third party without the express written authorisation of l89 92;
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at l89 92 staff or other users.

Where prohibited conduct is detected, l89 92 reserves the right to immediately suspend the account, void all pending and recent transactions, forfeit the account balance, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities where the conduct may constitute a criminal offence.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure by the Player

Players may request the closure of their l89 92 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving a valid closure request, the Platform will process the closure within 5 business days. Any remaining balance in the account at the time of closure (excluding bonus funds subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

8.2 Closure by l89 92

l89 92 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Evidence of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct as described in Section 7;
• Regulatory or legal obligation requiring the Platform to cease providing services to the player;
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime;
• Extended account inactivity (defined as 12 consecutive months without any login activity).

Where an account is closed by l89 92 due to breach of these Terms & Conditions, all balances — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited at the Platform's discretion. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (e.g., regulatory changes), the player's verified real-money balance will be returned via their registered payment method.

8.3 Dormant Account Policy

An account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months is classified as dormant. l89 92 will attempt to contact the player at their registered email address before implementing the dormant account policy. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month may be applied after a 12-month dormancy period. Players may reactivate their account at any time by logging in and completing a valid verification step.
